Trip to the Doctor

Another reason why I love Costa Rica. I took the bus, which picked me up right in front of my house, to town at 10 am to visit the clinic. They greeted me by name and sent me straight in (past the line of people) to see the doctor. She prescribed me three things and I had the prescriptions within minutes. All without any paperwork and all FOR FREE. I hopped on the 10:30 bus back home and am as happy and healthy as can be! Can any of you say that you can make a round trip visit to the doctor and pharmacywithin a half hour without paying a cent or filling out any paperwork?

I love this country.
